Core Qualities
Foundational—The Core Qualities for Effective Ministry serve as the foundation for the seminars at the 2022 CALLED Pastors’ Family Convention.
Thesis—The research done by NAD Ministerial over the last few years leads us to believe that pastors who are proficient in the Core Qualities, are more likely to be effective in ministry.
Growth Area—Every pastor has areas of potential growth and the CALLED convention is a perfect time to experience seminars from experts in the many descriptors of Core Qualities. Effective pastors continually engage in equipping themselves with the current best practices of ministry.
